Budget helps you free up cash, then use saved cash to pay off debts, for beginners it is recommended to use 50/30/20 budgeting system where 50% for needs 30% for wants and 20% for saving and paying off debts

for example, if you earn $1000 each month, from now on assign $500 for your needs like electricity, housing, food, include only important and essentials no entertainments.  30% for wants like dine out, new pc, and 20% for saving, pay off debts and investing.

You can go aggressive and add money by delaying your wants to increase your savings. Budgeting is core element if you want to be rich so I wrote you a post that going to help you budget your money better check it here.

Choose a payoff method

There are two common ways to pay off debts debt snowball and debt avalanche choose any way you feel comfortable with, here is a brief notes about both methods.

Debt snowball method

Easiest psychologically where you pay off your smallest debt first, while making minimum payments on everything else. Once it is gone roll that payment into the next-smallest debt, and so on. It is about quick wins that keep you motivated.

For example you owe $600 on store card, 3000 on a credit card, and $1500 on a car loan regardless of interest rate. Pay off the $600 first – even if it has the lowest interest rate then attack the $1500 next and finally attack the $3000.

Debt avalanche method

Pay off the debt with the highest interest rate first, while making minimums payments on the rest. Once it is paid off, move to the next-highest rate. This method saves you more money over time, since less goes to interest.

For example: same three debts, but your credit card has 24% interest, your car loan has 9%, and the store card has 15%. You would tackle the credit card first, even though it is not the smallest balance.

Then attack store card with 15% interest and finally car loan with 9% interest.

its up to you to use any method, I used the snowball method to pay off my auto parts retail shop debts because whenever I pay off debt I feel motivated to the next one. Bick any one it is fine but you have to stick to your plan.
